
Joe Micatrotto Jr.
Joe Micatrotto is the Founder and CEO of KAIROC USA, a strategic management firm established in 2019 to build scalable, investment-grade operating platforms. A career restaurant operator, Joe began as a Managing Partner with Buca di Beppo (1997–2005) before founding Micatrotto Restaurant Group, which grew to become the largest franchisee of Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers. Over more than two decades, he has led multi-unit expansion, built high-performance leadership teams, and driven disciplined operational execution across large-scale restaurant portfolios.
A graduate of Western Kentucky University and Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management Program, Joe combines hands-on operating experience with executive-level strategic training. He is a 15+ year member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), reflecting his long-standing engagement with a global community of chief executives and business leaders. Through KAIROC, Joe focuses on aligning finance, operations, marketing, and leadership under a unified governance model designed for sustained growth, strong unit economics, and long-term enterprise value creation.
