KAIROC has individual as well as institutional funding ready for deployment in select opportunities. Areas of potential investment that KAIROC is currently evaluating include commercial real estate, multi-family residential, gaming, and hospitality.
KAIROC Shared Services
An extension of KAIROC Consulting, KAIROC Shared Services provides or coordinates service, in addition to the provision of advice and strategic planning. Such services may include Operational Support, Bookkeeping, Legal, Human Resources and contract negotiations. In certain cases, KAIROC may be willing to consider provision of Consulting or Shared Services in return for an equity position in a concept.
