Project History

In 2019, following the exit from Raising Cane’s, the foundation for Kairoc began with a clear vision: take years of real estate, development, and operational experience and apply it in a new way. Recognizing a unique ability to evaluate land, align the right users, and leverage deep industry relationships, the team moved quickly to establish a physical home base in Las Vegas. The opportunity to acquire and redevelop an office near Town Center and the 215 became the starting point. The building itself was far from turnkey — a dated, multi-tenant space that required a full gut renovation — but it provided the canvas to build something intentional. Led by the development team, the space was transformed from a stripped-down, makeshift setup into a cohesive, industrial-inspired environment that now houses multiple tenants, all tied together by a consistent design and vision. At the same time, momentum extended beyond the office, with land acquisitions across multiple markets as the team began building a broader development portfolio. This project not only established Kairoc’s physical presence, but also marked the transition into a new phase of strategic development — one grounded in experience, execution, and the ability to identify opportunity before it becomes obvious.
