Tommy Dake is a Founder of KAIROC U.S.A.  He oversees every stage of the development process; from initial site selection through tenant delivery and grand opening. With more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Tommy brings a unique perspective shaped by his background as a Tenant Representative, giving him a deep understanding of retailers’ priorities and challenges. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
