CMB Hockey represents Kairoc’s ability to apply its strategic and operational expertise beyond traditional real estate and development projects. The organization required structure, alignment, and leadership support to operate effectively within a competitive and evolving environment.
CMB Hockey serves as the parent organization behind the acquisition and transformation of a junior hockey franchise in Southern Nevada. The group purchased the Las Vegas Thunderbirds, recognizing both the potential of the market and the opportunity to reposition the organization for long-term success. Following the acquisition, the team was relocated to Henderson and rebranded as the Henderson Force, establishing a clearer identity and stronger connection to the local community. The transition involved more than a name change — it required strategic alignment across operations, branding, and player development to build a competitive and sustainable program moving forward.
